6 Story new construction Office Building, wrapped in GKD Stainless mesh with LED Inserts.
The façade will act as a interactive billboard for various advertisers, similar with the MIAMI Heat Arena in downtown Miami. Due to the limited site, the parking was resolved with a WOHR / Germany automated vertical tower, stacking 50 cars.
